Phoned again and instead of trying to resolve my problem VM India call centre tried selling me a new contract as mine expires shortly. Are they real - I have an unresolved issue, so why in gods name would I commit to another 18month contract. Issues after upgrading to 360 We have two v6 boxes that have been upgraded to 360 last week. Both have new remotes. Most days we seem to have issues. Sometimes the main ‘home’ layout doesn’t show images and looks blank. I can still use the remote to access apps or TV but just looks odd. Sometimes it’s so slow it’s unusable. The bad ones are close to unwatchable. Its not a TV setting or Virgin Media 360 box setting because both are set to zero delay and audio is still late. Very very late. Also it is only certain channels and a box or TV setting would apply to all channels . The same TV with BT UHD TV Box had no such issues , switched from BT to VM only 1 week ago.
